Sonia Guedda

Sonia Guedda currently serves as the Legal Director for Downstream & Group Brands at Virbac since July 2021. Prior to this role, Sonia worked as a Legal Advisor at ETSI from December 2016 to June 2021 and spent a decade at INLEX IP Expertise, where responsibilities included co-founding and leading the LexComputing department, focusing on the protection of computer creations and managing related contracts. Sonia's legal expertise encompasses intellectual property consulting, client portfolio management, strategic audits, and drafting agreements. Additionally, experience includes a legal internship at INPI in 2005. Educational qualifications consist of a CEIPI accelerated cycle in Intellectual Property from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies, a Master 2 in Corporate Law, and a Maîtrise in Economic and Business Law, all obtained from Université Côte d'Azur.
