Peter Kearney

Peter has enjoyed a career in executive search and talent acquisition for over 20 years during which he has partnered with leading global organisations and has built a reputation for developing long-lasting, deep and trusted relationships with senior candidates and clients. Acting as an advisor, mentor and partner, Peter enjoys the opportunity to deliver real value across the senior talent market. In his previous role, Peter was responsible for the set up and establishment of a global executive search recruitment process outsource (RPO) for a FTSE 10 client.

Peter joined the VirdisGroup family in 2022 as Senior Client Partner. He is responsible for continuing to nurture key clients and to explore new relationships across the life science sector.
