Vanessa Sanchez

Vanessa is an established executive search researcher, with a truly international background. Multilingual, she has lived and worked in Europe, Latin America and Asia with career experience in human resources, talent acquisition, management consulting, education and hospitality. Vanessa’s experience has enabled her to develop a solid transferable skillset, technical gravitas, understanding and empathy with our clients and candidates.

Vanessa has worked within recruitment and executive search for over 5 years. Prior to joining Virdis, she relocated to the UK from Spain to work as Recruitment Manager and Marketing Lead with an international healthcare recruitment consultancy, in partnership with the NHS.

Vanessa has an MSc in HR Management from the Open University, and a BA honours degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management from Anhembi Morumbi University, São Paulo.
