Kevin Frizzell

Kevin Frizzell is a seasoned software engineer with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare IT sector. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at athenahealth since February 2019, Kevin has previously held roles as Senior Software Engineer at athenahealth and Principal Software Engineer at Virence Health following the merger with athenahealth. Prior experience includes positions at GE Healthcare, where Kevin worked as Principal Software Engineer after its acquisition of IDX Systems Corp in 2006, and began career as a Programmer for the State of Vermont. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Vermont, earned in 1990.
