Kristin Vaughan

Kristin Vaughan is an experienced managing partner at Virescent Ventures since February 2022, with a strong background in corporate governance and advisory roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a non-executive director at Novalith and All G Foods, and a board observer at Loam Bio, Kristin also contributes as a mentor at Startmate. Previously, Kristin held roles including treasurer at Manly OOSH, non-executive director at Zen Ecosystems and Thinxtra, and director at the Clean Energy Finance Corporation and CHAMP Ventures. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons 1) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney and has completed studies at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Educational foundation includes attendance at North Sydney Girls High School.
