Graziano Coccettini

Graziano Coccettini serves as the People HR Culture and Organization Director for Virgin Active Europe since December 2023. With an extensive career in human resources and operations, Graziano has held the position of General Director at the Scuola di Formazione Virgin Active Academy since November 2018, and has been a faculty member at w.academy - Business School and a Master HR lecturer at Sida Group Srl since January 2021 and May 2017, respectively. Prior roles include the People Culture and HR Director and Operations Director at Virgin Active Italia from August 2007 to November 2023, as well as Director of the Master's program at Università Telematica San Raffaele Roma from July 2016 to July 2018. Earlier experience includes positions as Area Director of Operations and Cluster Manager at Tragus Group in the UK from September 1997 to August 2007 and General Manager at Whitbread from September 1994 to September 1997. Graziano holds degrees from Università Politecnica delle Marche, a specialized Master's in Labor Relations from Sole 24ore, and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Università eCampus.
