Irina Shenkman

Irina Shenkman is a Reformer Pilates Instructor at triyoga UK since September 2024 and has been teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates at Virgin Active since January 2020. Prior to their career in fitness, Shenkman served as a Talent Sourcing Manager at Bloomberg LP from April 2012 to April 2018, where responsibilities included advising on talent acquisition strategies and managing a sourcing team across London and New York. Shenkman founded PureRisk Recruiting in June 2011, specializing in financial risk management recruitment, after holding senior consultant roles in various firms focusing on financial risk compliance. Earlier experience includes positions at Tuck School of Business, Ward Howell International, and Orion Capital Advisors. Education includes a Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork from JPilates, a graduate degree from the American Institute of Business and Economics, and an MS in Computer Science and Economics from Moscow Engineering University.
