Steve Bullock is a seasoned fitness industry professional with extensive experience at Virgin Active, where Steve has progressed through various managerial roles since February 2012, currently serving as Senior General Manager. In this capacity, Steve oversees the Kensington site while providing support to 17 other clubs. With a robust background in operational and commercial management, including dual site leadership and KPI delivery, Steve has consistently achieved significant improvements in health and safety standards, member growth, and team performance. Prior to Virgin Active, Steve held sales and marketing positions at The Bannatyne Group and LivingWell Health Solutions, developing strong marketing strategies and driving membership growth. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Journalism from Leeds Trinity University.
