Ellen Smith

Ellen Smith is an experienced finance professional currently working as an Accountant in Group Capital & Assets at Virgin Atlantic since August 2022, having previously held the role of Analyst in Corporate Reporting – FP&A. Prior to Virgin Atlantic, Ellen served as a Commercial Finance Executive and FP&A Executive at Birds Eye UK & IE from June 2020 to August 2022. Ellen's early career includes experience as a Finance Intern with the Cash and Bank Team at The Walt Disney Company during a placement year from June 2018 to June 2019. Ellen is pursuing an ACCA qualification, expected to complete in January 2024, and holds a degree in Accounting and Management with a Placement Year from the University of Reading, completed in 2020.
