Eric Starks

Eric Starks is an experienced aviation professional serving as the Station Manager for Virgin Atlantic Airways at San Francisco International Airport since July 2001. Under Eric's leadership, the SFO Station achieved notable recognition, rising from #14 to #1 in "On-Time" departures within two years and maintaining a top three placement through 2023. Additionally, Eric holds positions as a Board Director at the San Francisco Aeronautical Society and as an Airline Chair and Executive Board Member at the SFO Terminal Equipment Company. Previous roles include Manager of Customer Service at Northwest Airlines, Station Manager at Alaska Airlines, and an Instructor at the University of Alaska. Eric's early career included programming for the U.S. Forest Service. Eric's education includes studies at Arizona State University and the University of Alaska Southeast, complemented by training from Alaska Airlines and Northwest Airlines.
