Jon Hilton

Jon Hilton has extensive experience in the airline and travel industry, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager in Global Sales and Duty Director at Virgin Atlantic since December 2010. In these roles, Jon has significantly contributed to the delivery of the Virgin Atlantic flying programme and has proactively coordinated operations within the Operations Control Centre. Previous positions include Shorthaul Operations Manager, where Jon built strong relationships with Aer Lingus and acted as a brand ambassador, and Cabin Crew Manager, leading a team of 230 cabin crew members to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings. Prior experience includes leadership roles at easyJet, First Choice Holidays, Thomas Cook, and Lunn Poly Holiday Shops, with responsibilities spanning health and safety management to sales consultancy. Jon holds GCSE qualifications from St. Michael's C of E High School.
