Jonny Bevan

Jonny Bevan is currently serving as the Apprenticeships and Professional Skills Manager at Virgin Atlantic since November 2025. Previously, Jonny held the position of Emerging Talent Manager at Currys plc from June 2016 to July 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire emerging talent and early careers strategy for the UK's largest electrical retailer. From 2007 to June 2016, Jonny worked at EE, beginning as a Resourcing Consultant and advancing to New Talent Manager, where roles involved defining apprenticeship and graduate schemes and managing relationships with educational institutions. As a Senior Resourcing Consultant at EE, Jonny managed recruitment for corporate leadership roles and developed recruitment strategies across multiple business areas.
