Mark O'Neill

Mark O'Neill currently serves as Senior Manager for Digital Development and Core Systems at Virgin Atlantic, a position held since October 2018, where accountability includes the development and operation of digital platforms for both Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays running on AWS, alongside budget management to support various business priorities. Prior to this role, Mark was the Digital Core Systems Manager at Virgin Holidays from October 2010 to October 2018 and has extensive experience in project and technology management, including positions as Agile Coach and Project/Technology Manager with Thomas Cook Group from November 2008 to October 2010, and Project Manager with First Choice Holidays from May 1997 to October 2008.
