David Hogarth

David Hogarth serves as the Chief Information Officer and General Manager of Technology & Information Security at Virgin Australia since July 2019. With extensive experience in technology strategy and management, David previously held various roles at Aurizon, including Manager of Technology Strategy, Projects, and Process, where responsibilities included shaping technology architecture and managing IT portfolios. Earlier positions included Senior Manager of Technology Services at QR Limited and Senior IT Manager at The University of Queensland. David holds a Master of Management (IT) from Charles Sturt University, a Bachelor of Information Technology from Griffith University, and a Graduate Certificate in Legal Studies from QUT.
