Katya Abramzon serves as the Head of Partnerships, Retail & Revenue Growth at Virgin Australia since March 2023, overseeing commercial and community partnerships, including significant collaborations with the AFL and Starlight. Previously, Katya held the role of Head of Retail & Revenue Growth, focusing on retail strategies and partnerships to achieve revenue objectives. Prior to Virgin Australia, Katya was the Director of Regional Marketing & eCommerce for Hilton in Continental Europe, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies for over 250 hotels. Additional experience includes various marketing roles at The GPT Group, where Katya contributed to marketing plans and retail performance, and The Taboo Group, managing client projects and relationships. Katya holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
