Michael Cox

Michael Cox is an experienced aviator currently serving as a B737 and F100 First Officer at Virgin Australia since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as SF340 Captain and First Officer at Regional Express from February 2017 to January 2019, and line pilot positions at Wagga Air Centre and North West Bush Pilots. Additionally, Michael worked as a Company Pilot for Forest Enterprises/Lovton Coal and held a managerial role at James St. Deli while completing a Certificate III in Meat Retailing and Processing. Educational qualifications include a Multi-Engine Command Instrument Rating from Redcliffe Aero Club and a Commercial Pilot Licence from Northern Rivers Aero Club, as well as a Higher School Certificate from Elanora State High School.
