Cacha Dora

Cacha Dora is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in managing global teams and executing innovative learning solutions. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead at Channel Bakers since March 2021, Cacha has successfully led the launch of a new Learning Management System (LMS) and has developed and mentored L&D specialists and instructional designers. Previously, Cacha held the position of Senior Learning and Development Specialist, creating engaging learning materials with tools such as Camtasia and Articulate 360. Prior experience includes providing software training at Smart Energy Water and excelling as a Business Expert at Apple, where Cacha managed accounts and initiated community engagement through volunteer opportunities. Cacha holds a B.S. in Business Management and an A.A. in Apparel Manufacturing Management from FIDM.
