Sandy Reade

Sandy Reade is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Virgin Galactic since June 2022, contributing to the advancement of human spaceflight and transformative customer experiences. Prior to this role, Sandy held positions as a Senior Recruiter at Panasonic Avionics Corporation from November 2018 to June 2022, and as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. from February 2018 to November 2018, focusing on leadership recruitment. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Recruiter at Randstad Professionals for over seven years, where Sandy specialized in placing accounting and finance professionals, and leading teams at Robert Half International from 1997 to 2010, recruiting for accounting, finance, and IT roles. Sandy Reade holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico.
