Monique R. Richards, MBA, CBM, PMP, currently serves as the District Career & Technical Education Coordinator for the Virgin Islands Department of Education, a role held since October 2015, focusing on the Career and Technical Education for middle, junior, and high school students in the St Thomas-St. John District. In addition, Monique R. Richards is a Creative Director and Co-Owner of Songbird Creations, a position maintained since 2000. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, an Associate of Arts in Business Management from the University of Melbourne, a second Master of Business Administration in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, all from the University of the Virgin Islands.
