Jenny Williams

Jenny Williams (nee Viganego) has extensive experience in performance management and project coordination, currently serving as a Partner Performance Senior Manager at Virgin Media O2 since September 2019. In this role, Jenny establishes a framework for partner compliance, focusing on performance measurement and corrective action. Prior to this, Jenny held senior management and analyst positions at Virgin Media, Waitrose, and other companies, where responsibilities included project delivery, performance reporting, and revenue assurance. Jenny’s career began in the early 2000s with roles in office management and hire desk operations, and significant experience was gained at Ericsson providing project planning support. Educational background includes completion of studies at Tomlinscote from 1990 to 1994.
