Lei Liang

Lei Liang is a highly experienced professional with a background in mobile network planning, transmission network modelling, and software design. Lei has held various positions in companies such as Virgin Media O2, Huawei Technologies, and Aircom International, showcasing expertise in 5G and IoT architecture. Additionally, Lei has been actively involved in research and project coordination at the University of Surrey, contributing to multiple EU and EPSRC projects and authoring international standards. Lei holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, an MSc in Mobile Communication Systems, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
