Melanie Failes has extensive experience in partnership management and sustainability within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Partnership Lead for Priority Third Party and previously as Senior Partnership Manager at Virgin Media O2 from June 2021 to January 2025, Melanie has played a key role in advancing partnership strategies. Prior to this, experience includes serving as Priority Partnership Manager and Partnerships Manager for Sustainability at O2 (Telefónica UK), where responsibilities included developing shared value partnerships with NGOs and charities. Additionally, Melanie held various senior roles at Macmillan Cancer Support, managing significant corporate partnerships and leading teams to drive growth and impact. Early career highlights include roles at YMCA England and Cato Street, focused on children's activities and marketing communications. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Plymouth.
