Mike Fries

Mike Fries is the current Chairman at Virgin Media O2. Mike has been in this position since June 2020. Prior to this, they were the Pre/Post-Merger Integration Workstream Lead (secondment) at Virgin Media O2 from July 2019 to June 2020. Before that, they were the Director of Strategy & Transformation at Liberty Global from November 2018 to June 2019.

Fries has also held various positions at Liberty Global and Virgin Media. Mike was the Director, Pan-European B2B Support at Liberty Global from November 2016 to November 2018. At Virgin Media, they were the Director of Service Assurance & CSI from June 2019 to July 2021, Head of Business Operations from November 2013 to November 2016, and Head of Service Assurance from July 2010 to November 2013. Additionally, they were the Service Transition Manager at Virgin Media from August 2009 to July 2010 and Manager, Networks Order Management from February 2009 to February 2010. Mike's first position at Virgin Media was as a Change Management Specialist from September 2008 to February 2009.
