Nick Good is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology operations, governance, and performance management. Currently serving as Head of Service Governance & Performance at Virgin Media O2 since December 2021, Nick oversees financial control, strategy, and performance across Technology Service and Operations. Previously, Nick held several leadership roles at Virgin Media, including Director of Partner Operations and Director of VM Integration and Operations, where responsibilities encompassed managing operational partnerships, strategic planning, and IT governance. With a career beginning at SEMA Group Ltd. and a degree in Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University, Nick has a proven track record in driving business value, optimizing IT delivery, and enhancing operational efficiency across various sectors.
