Philip Greaves

Philip Greaves has extensive experience in network operations and technical support, currently serving as a QC & Governance Operative and Network Design Technician at Virgin Media Business since March 2020. Prior to this role, Philip held the position of Network Operations Coordinator as well as Senior Technical Support Advisor/Project Coordinator at Virgin Media Business from July 2017 to January 2019, and worked as a Network Planning Assistant for a brief period in late 2016. Earlier in their career, Philip gained valuable experience as a Lead Technical Support Engineer at Covergold Ltd from December 1997 to November 2016, where responsibilities included providing technical support for a diverse range of equipment and software across multiple regions. Philip's academic background includes a City & Guilds qualification in Electronic Servicing from West Bromwich College of Commerce & Technology.
