Duarte Martins

Duarte Martins has a solid work experience history in the customer service and call center field. Duarte started their career at Indra in 2015 as a Callcenter Agent and worked until December 2016. Afterwards, they joined Staples as a customer support, call center representative from December 2016 until November 2019. Duarte then moved to Teleperformance Portugal as a Facebook Customer Delight representative from April 2018 to November 2019. Duarte continued to enhance their customer service skills at Nintendo of Europe, where they were a Customer Service Representative from November 2019 until April 2023. Currently, Duarte works for Virgin Media Ireland in the role of a Customer Service Representative, starting in June 2023.

Duarte Martins attended Colégio Manuel Bernardes from 2003 to 2010, where they obtained a 12th grade education in socio-economic science.
