Gerard Maguire

Gerard Maguire is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently serving as the Entertainment and Connectivity Architect at Virgin Media Ireland since June 2010, where previous roles included On Demand/IPTV Headend Engineer. Prior to this, Gerard worked at Vilicom in a contract role focused on terminating and testing a Distributed Antenna System at Dublin Airport's Terminal 2 for a brief period in early 2010. Gerard's extensive experience also includes 15 years as an Equipment Technician at Intel from November 1994 to November 2009. Gerard holds a BSc (Honors) degree in Information Technology from Dublin City University, completed in 2008.
