Kwanghi Chan

Kwanghi Chan is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Commissioner General for Euro-Toques Ireland since April 2023, Kwanghi also holds the position of Founder CEO at KWG Foods Ltd, operating the award-winning modern Irish/Asian fusion restaurant "Bites by Kwanghi," and Kosa Foods Ltd, known for unique flavored sauces utilizing Irish ingredients. Additional roles include Food Media Broadcaster and Content Creator for Virgin Media Ireland and CEO of KCCS, providing consultancy and brand ambassadorship services. Previous positions include Beef & Lamb Ambassador for Bord Bia, Managing Director of Bowls by Kwanghi Chan, Hospitality Development Chef at BaxterStorey, Culinary Director at Soder + Ko, and Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Cliff House Hotel. Kwanghi holds a Bachelor of Science in International Culinary Arts and is recognized for promoting Irish cuisine and excellence in culinary practices.
