Vanessa Connolly

Vanessa Connolly has extensive experience in fraud analysis and revenue assurance, currently serving as a Fraud & Revenue Assurance Analyst at Virgin Media Ireland since September 2018. Previously, Vanessa worked at Gilt.com in various roles including Fraud Analyst, where responsibilities included managing high volumes of orders and utilizing fraud solution tools, as well as serving as Vendor Contract Administrator and Customer Support Agent. Vanessa's earlier experience includes a role in Debt Management at the Revenue Commissioners Government agency, focusing on tax compliance. Vanessa holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing & Management from Limerick Institute of Technology, a first-year certificate in Accounting Technician Ireland from Griffith College Limerick, and a National Certificate in Exercise and Fitness from the University of Limerick.
