Renata Kapelan is an experienced professional with a strong background in incident and problem management. Currently serving as a Senior Incident & Problem Process Performance Manager at Virgin Media O2 Business since February 2021, Renata oversees processes affecting over 1,600 colleagues and approximately 400,000 incident records annually.
