Ross Cocking

Ross Cocking has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ross started their career as a Project Manager at Nortel in 2000 before moving to Avaya in 2007, where they worked as a Customer Operations Leader. In this role, they were responsible for P&L, operations, and program delivery, consistently improving customer satisfaction and supplier performance. After their time at Avaya, Ross joined Vodafone Business in 2011, holding various positions such as Services Development Manager, Senior Service Design Manager, and Senior Customer Experience Manager. Currently, they are working at Virgin Media O2 Business as the Software Networking Lead starting in 2023. Overall, Ross has a strong background in customer experience management, service design, and operations leadership.

Ross Cocking studied Biological Sciences with a focus on Biomechanics at the University of Exeter from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree. Ross also holds additional certifications in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute and ITIL v2 Foundation from the Office of Government Commerce.
