Edouard Muuls

Mr. Edouard Muuls is a Director in the Investment Team for Virgin Management Limited. Edouard is responsible for Virgin Group’s existing and prospective investments across the world, including in telecoms, media & technology and in financial services. Edouard is currently on the boards of Virgin Mobile Middle East & Africa, Virgin Mobile South Africa, Virgin Mobile Central & Eastern Europe, Virgin Mobile Poland and Virgin Money South Africa.

Edouard has over 13 years’ experience in investment origination and execution of private equity investment, and mergers & acquisitions globally. Throughout his career, Edouard has worked closely with management teams and companies at all stages of development supporting their growth and expansion.

Prior to joining Virgin in 2013, Edouard was a Principal at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co in the private equity team in London, where he was actively involved with the investments in NXP (formerly Philips Semiconductors) and Pets at Home. He previously worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and the Technology Group at Credit Suisse First Boston in London. Edouard has a M.Sc., magna cum laude, from Solvay Business School in Brussels, Belgium, and an M.B.A. with distinction from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
