Zaid Ibrahim

Zaid Ibrahim has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, starting their career as a Customer Care Supervisor at Zain Jordan (formerly Fastlink). Throughout their career, they have held various positions, including Marketing Manager at Umniah, Manager of Retail Strategies and Development at Batelco, and Chief Commercial Officer at Umniah. In these roles, Zaid has been responsible for revitalizing companies, transforming retail strategies, and exceeding revenue and sales targets. Currently, Zaid is the Chief Commercial Officer at Virgin Mobile Middle East & Africa.
