Diana C. Quintero

Diana C. Quintero, MSEM, serves as Senior Director of Application Development & Quality Assurance at Virgin Voyages since January 2018, having been promoted to lead the development of shoreside and shipboard applications and oversee quality assurance activities for the IT organization. Diana has previously held significant positions in various companies, including Director of Information Technology at Virgin Voyages, Senior Project Manager at JM Family Enterprises, and IT Planning and Scheduling Lead at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., managing complex projects and leading teams across multiple domains. Diana has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at Broward College, teaching Project Management. Diana holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Icesi.
