Joanna Schultz

Joanna Schultz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in destination operations and management within the cruise industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Destination Operations at Virgin Voyages since May 2021, Joanna has progressed through various roles, including Senior Analyst and Analyst in the same department. Prior experience includes positions at Royal Caribbean International as Shore Excursions Assistant Manager and Staff, and roles at Temsco Helicopters, Alaska State Legislature, and YWCA Alaska, where Joanna honed skills in logistics, legislative support, and program management. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Humboldt State University, complemented by experience as a North American Language & Cultural Ambassador at the Ministerio de Educación.
