Juan C. Trescastro

Juan C. Trescastro has a diverse and extensive work experience in the cruise industry. Juan C. is currently serving as the Vice President Global Destinations for Virgin Voyages, where they are responsible for developing unique itineraries and shaping the strategic direction of the company. Prior to this, Juan was the President of Metro Cruise Services, where they provided strategic direction and vision for the organization. Juan C. has also worked as the Senior Vice President of Business Development for the same company. Additionally, Juan has experience as the Owner Principal of Cruise Port Consultants, LLC, where they provided consulting services for port and destination development in the cruise line business. Juan C. also spent a significant portion of their career at Royal Caribbean International, holding various roles including Vice President of Port Operations, Director of Guest Port Services, and Manager of Operations Accounting/Accounts Payable.
