Sam Hails

Sam Hails has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Sam most recently worked at Virgin Voyages as the User Experience Lead starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior User Experience Designer at Publicis•Poke from January 2019 to September 2020. Sam also worked at Poke as a UX Designer from September 2013 to December 2018. Earlier in their career, they served as the Graphics Manager at Allies and Morrison from 2006 to 2011 and as a Graphic Designer/Artworker at JTP LLP from 2003 to 2006.

Sam Hails began their education by obtaining an HND in Graphic Design from the North Oxfordshire School of Art & Design from 1997 to 1999. Subsequently, from 1999 to 2000, they pursued a BA degree in Graphic Design from Middlesex University. Currently, Sam is enrolled in a d.MBA program, focusing on Business Strategy, which they began in 2023.
