Andrea Burchett

Andrea Burchett currently serves as the Chief Loyalty Officer for Virgin Group and Managing Director of Virgin Red since September 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea held various positions at Virgin Red, including Managing Director of Commercial Loyalty and International & Strategic Development Director from October 2021 to September 2023. From June 2016 to September 2021, Andrea was with International Airlines Group (IAG) as Group Head of IAG Connect and Group Head of Inflight Commercial. Andrea's career also includes significant leadership roles at Avios, where responsibilities encompassed Global Head of Commercial and Director of Partnerships, Marketing & Insight. Additionally, experience includes a position as Director of Relationship Marketing & Insight at The Mileage Company and various roles at Airmiles, AMP Financial Services Limited, and MBNA International Bank. Andrea is an alumnus of the Chicago Booth Advanced Management Programme and holds a degree in Business Studies and Finance from Brunel University London.
