Joe Margison

Joe Margison is the Chief Commercial Officer at Virgin Group since September 2015, overseeing a diverse portfolio of businesses in sectors including Travel & Leisure and Health & Wellness. Margison has served as a Managing Director at Virgin Group, focusing on private equity and real estate investments, and has held board member positions at various Virgin entities, including Virgin Active and Virgin Hotels. Prior to joining Virgin, Margison was a Portfolio Manager at NZ Super Fund, where management of a comprehensive investment portfolio took place, and also led operational due diligence initiatives. Margison began a career in finance as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, and holds a degree from The University of Auckland.
