Chaz Stuart

Chaz Stuart is a highly experienced arts and education professional with a strong background in ticketing and audience services. Currently serving as the Director of Audience Services and Database at the Virginia Arts Festival since August 2016, Chaz excels in utilizing the Microsoft 365 Suite for effective team management and growth. Chaz also holds the position of Manager of Tessitura Database Systems, supervising the organization's transition to Tessitura and implementing customized database solutions. Additionally, Chaz directs education programs and serves as Pipe Sergeant for the Siren City Pipe Band, enhancing musical success through youth education. Previous experience includes announcing for WHRO Public Media and managing patron services at the Virginia Symphony Orchestra, where proficiency in Tessitura ticketing software and data analysis was developed. Chaz holds a Master of Music in Composition from The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Music in Composition from Shenandoah University.
