Virginia Arts Festival
Rachel Keene has experience in development and fundraising roles in various arts organizations, including the Virginia Arts Festival, Norfolk SPCA, and Virginia Symphony Orchestra. Rachel has managed grants, donor communications, special events, and stewardship initiatives. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Music in Double Bass Performance from The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University.
