Rebecca Davidson

Rebecca Davidson is an experienced Visual Fine Arts Instructional Specialist and Art Teacher at Virginia Beach City Public Schools, with a career spanning over a decade in art education and program development. Previous roles include Manager of School and Educator Programs at the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art, where programs were designed to engage new audiences and create hands-on activities related to exhibitions. Rebecca has also served as an Education Outreach Specialist for the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, presenting in-school programs across Virginia, and held various internships focused on educational programming in prominent institutions such as the Smithsonian American Art Museum and the Rhode Island School of Design. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Art + Design Education from the Rhode Island School of Design and multiple Bachelor’s degrees in Art Education and Photography from Virginia Commonwealth University.
