Steve Lepock

Steve LePock has extensive experience in risk management and safety, currently serving as the Risk Manager for Virginia Beach City Public Schools since July 1999, where responsibilities include developing risk-management and loss-prevention programs. With a strong background in safety leadership, Steve has held the position of Past President at the Greater Tidewater Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers since June 1995, contributing to one of the largest professional safety organizations globally. Prior roles include Safety and Environmental Director at Alcoa Howmet Corporation, where Steve implemented safety policies for an industrial facility and supervised a team, and Industrial Hygiene Technician at Laboratory Corporation of America, focusing on asbestos monitoring and inspection. A graduate of Fairmont State University, Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Engineering.
