Whitney Szoke

Whitney Szoke is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as an Assistant Principal and School Administrator for Virginia Beach City Public Schools since August 2015. Previously, Whitney has held roles such as English Teacher and Summit Learning Program Lead, where responsibilities included developing the 6th grade transition program and leading a teaching team. As a Summit Learning Fellow since May 2017, Whitney trains schools nationwide adopting the Summit program. Prior experience includes instructional specialist and English teacher roles in various school districts, with a strong focus on community engagement and mentoring. Whitney holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in English and Secondary Education from the University of Richmond.
