Jennifer Fraley-Nevins has a strong background in human resources management. Jennifer started their career as a Human Resources/Training Coordinator at The Home Depot, where they managed HR functions and provided strategic direction for multiple locations. Jennifer then moved on to BJ's Wholesale Club, where they served as the General Manager/Human Resources Manager and was responsible for hiring, training, and developing over 100 employees. Jennifer also worked at Giant Food as a Manager/Human Resources, overseeing daily HR activities for a union-employed grocery store chain. Prior to their current role, Jennifer was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Virginia Tire and Auto, where they aligned HR strategy with business goals and achieved significant improvements in key metrics. Currently, Jennifer is the Human Resources Director at Virginia Cancer Specialists, P.C.
Jennifer Fraley-Nevins completed their undergraduate education at the University at Buffalo, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 1989.
