Amy Padgett

Amy Padgett is a seasoned realtor with extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving at Virginia Capital Realty since November 2014. Amy specializes in guiding buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process, including educating first-time home buyers and negotiating contracts. Prior to this role, Amy worked at Long & Foster Companies from October 2009 to December 2014, where responsibilities included contract negotiations, marketing, and coordinating with lenders and attorneys. Earlier experience includes a position at Coldwell Banker Vaughan and Company, representing buyers and sellers, and serving as Membership Director at the Home Building Association of Richmond, where recruitment and management of committees and councils were key responsibilities.
