Ned Rennolds is an accomplished real estate and construction professional with extensive experience in various roles. As a Founding Member of Auris Property Investors since June 2017, Ned focuses on buying and renting real estate. Ned has also served as a Realtor with Virginia Capital Realty since August 2014, assisting clients with buying and selling properties. In addition, Ned is a Founding Partner at 3 River Builders, working on the development of spec homes. Other ventures include positions as Principal at both Auris Productions and Auris Concrete Studio, which specialize in photo and video production, and the construction of concrete furnishings, respectively. Previous experience includes estimations and craftsmanship in metal and wood at Richmond Steel Inc and X2 US, and serving as Studio Foreman at Concreate Inc. Ned holds two Associate's degrees in Building Construction Management and Architecture and Industrial Design from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College, along with unfinished coursework in Business Administration and Real Estate from Virginia Commonwealth University.
