Ricky McNeal has extensive experience in real estate, having worked as a realtor at Fathom Realty since May 2018 and at Virginia Capital Realty since July 2013. Previously, Ricky served as a realtor at Keller Williams Realty from July 2006 to July 2013. In addition to real estate, Ricky briefly held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Tyson Foods in 2009 and worked in Fraud Customer Service at Capital One from 2000 to 2006. Ricky holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management with a minor in Real Estate from Bluefield College and attended Howard University from 1995 to 1998.
