Jennifer B. Huffman

Jennifer Huffman serves as the Senior Vice President of Workplace Solutions at Atlantic Union Bank, where responsibilities include leading the Women's Inclusion Network and fostering educational initiatives for women in leadership. Additional roles include Vice Chair of the Board for HumanKind, Executive Board Member for the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities, and Executive Board Member-Investor Relations Chair for the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance. Jennifer also participates as a Board Member for Goodwill Industries of the Valleys and serves as Class President at the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management. Jennifer is actively involved as Pianist at High Street Baptist Church and chaired the 2024 Heart Ball for the American Heart Association, focusing on health advocacy in the Roanoke Valley. Prior experience includes a position as Financial Specialist at Wells Fargo. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Leadership from Liberty University and additional studies at Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
