Currently employed at Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC since April 2022, Kulas specializes in a wide array of mortgage products, including residential and refinance loans. Prior to this role, Kulas worked at CapCenter as both a real estate agent and mortgage loan consultant from May 2020 to April 2022, focusing on client satisfaction in securing financing for various properties.
